Double Room available in beautiful Hove flat

We have a bright, large double room coming available from the 18th May in our spacious, 4-bedroom third floor flat located in Hove, right next to the beautiful St. Ann’s Wells Park!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and built-in extra storage space. One side of the room is taken up by large, double glazed windows with blinds and black out curtains, overlooking a private and pretty courtyard with trees and a garden.

Our flat is spacious and comfortable, and we keep a relaxed, friendly but also peaceful vibe. There is a large living room to hang out in, spacious kitchen area with plenty of cupboards and shelves, as well as a shared bathroom with a bath/shower unit, plus a washing machine and dryer!

You’ll be living with three female working professionals, who are friendly and enjoy each other’s company, but are also very respectful of personal space and alone time. We are clean, tidy, and conscious about maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

The Practical Stuff:
Move in date – 18th May, but we can be flexible with the date if necessary!

Rent - £525
Bills – Roughly £125 at most but often a little bit less in the summer months
Deposit - £525

We can’t accept pets or couples at this time!
