Good size double room in friendly shared house. To share with three others. Would suit non smoking/vaping, professional or postgraduate student. All bills included.

The room is on the first floor at the front of the house. There is a shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden. Gas central heating, shower/bath, washing machine, dishwasher. The garden is on three levels with two patios.

The house is in walking distance from Bristol city centre and Temple Meads train station (25minutes). There is a good bus connection very near the house.

Viewings will take place with the existing tenants the week beginning the 13th of May after work hours. The room is available from the 1st of June.
